01 II NATURE OF ADVISORY The peter.ma platform is a specialized interface for the delivery of Moroccan Luxury Intelligence. We do not function as a travel agency or a tour operator. Our work consists of providing high-level ground data, cultural capital, and strategic access based on 18 years of field experience. We do not provide, stock, or distribute physical travel products.

02 II ENTITY INDEPENDENCE The digital brand peter.ma serves as a strategic portal. Any consultancy or intelligence mission resulting from this platform may be facilitated or legally formalized by a designated entity that remains independent of the peter.ma domain name. By engaging with this intelligence, the partner acknowledges that the domain name is a brand interface and not necessarily the executing legal entity.

03 II INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTOCOL All proprietary files, dossiers, and "The Collection" entries are the exclusive intellectual property of Peter Manshoven. This intelligence is provided for the exclusive use of the professional partner and may not be duplicated, shared with third-party competitors, or used for external marketing without specific authorization.

04 II LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY * 4.1 II ADVISORY STATUS II Our intelligence is an advisory asset provided "as is".

• 4.2 II NON-OWNERSHIP II We do not own, manage, or operate the physical assets (Hotels, Transport, Aviation) mentioned within our dossiers.

• 4.3 II EXECUTION II The physical implementation of any intelligence remains the sole responsibility of the professional partner and their selected service providers.

• 4.4 II LIABILITY II peter.ma is not liable for the performance or operational failures of these third-party assets.

05 II FIELD DATA REQUIREMENTS To ensure the accuracy of the intelligence provided, professional partners must submit comprehensive traveler dossiers at least 14 days prior to any field mission. peter.ma is not responsible for intelligence lapses resulting from incomplete or delayed data provided by the partner.

06 II FORCE MAJEURE The consultancy is not liable for disruptions beyond the control of our intelligence network, including but not limited to environmental, political, or systemic events in the region.

07 II JURISDICTION This protocol is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from the delivery of intelligence shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
