Cancellation Policy
Escape Booking Policy Applies to All Midweek and Weekend Bookings 1. General Conditions This policy applies to all "Escape" bookings, whether midweek or weekend. By confirming a reservation, guests accept the terms detailed below. 2. Booking & Payment Bookings remain tentative until written confirmation and deposit are received. A 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance must be settled at least 7 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 7 days of arrival, full payment is due immediately. Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Any associated bank charges are the guest’s responsibility. 3. Cancellation Terms Cancellations must be submitted in writing. More than 15 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit (minus bank/processing fees). Between 8 and 14 days: 50% of the total amount will be charged. 7 days or less before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the booking will be charged. No refunds for early departures or unused services. 4. Booking Changes Modifications (dates, room type, number of guests) are subject to availability and possible price changes. Requests must be made in writing at least 72 hours before arrival and require confirmation. 5. Check-in & Check-out Check-in: from 15:00 (3 PM) Check-out: by 11:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out is possible on request, subject to availability and may incur a fee. 6. No-Show & Force Majeure No-shows are charged in full. In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, official restrictions), date changes may be allowed without penalty, subject to proof and availability. Refunds are not guaranteed. 7. Special Conditions Some suppliers may have specific conditions (e.g., itinerary or activity changes due to temperature or safety). These will be shared before the trip. Guests must notify the organizer of any dietary needs or health conditions at least 72 hours before arrival. Some services depend on weather and may be altered or cancelled for safety. 8. Responsibility The organizer serves as an intermediary between guests and third-party service providers and is not liable for any delays, accidents, losses, or damages beyond their control.
