Whether you’re cooking in the stylish hotel kitchen or out at our peaceful Country Club, you’ll start by picking fresh herbs right from our organic garden — straight into your tagine and dishes. This 3-hour workshop is all about hands-on fun. You’ll whip up a tasty appetizer and a main course, while the chef shows off a traditional Moroccan dessert you’ll get to enjoy (no pressure, just good vibes). Each cooking station even has its own screen, so no sneaky steps get missed. After all the chopping, stirring, and tasting, kick back and enjoy the meal you made — perfect for swapping stories and sharing a laugh.
