Cancellation Policy

GHsignature Experience Policy Refined Travel. Seamless Standards. 1. Reservations & Confirmation GHsignature experiences are private, tailor-made, and require booking at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Confirmed bookings receive written confirmation. 2. Pricing & Payment Prices include VAT and service charges, quoted in Euros. A deposit is required to confirm bookings; full payment is due before the experience unless a credit line is approved. Payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, or secure link. Unpaid reservations may be canceled without notice. 3. What’s Included Private luxury transport with driver, certified local guide (if applicable), curated visits, meals, entrances, bottled water, and Wi-Fi (where applicable). All taxes and local charges included. 4. GHsignature's Role GHsignature acts as a luxury travel concierge, coordinating but not directly providing experiences. Services are operated by recognized, licensed third-party providers selected for excellence and compliance with legal, health, and safety standards. We ensure transparent communication, partner auditing, and guest support. GHsignature is not liable for third-party performance but advocates for client interests. 5. Modifications Changes requested 48+ hours in advance may be accommodated; shorter notice changes may incur fees or be impossible. 6. Cancellations & Refunds More than 72 hours prior: full refund. 48–72 hours: 50% refund. Less than 48 hours/no-show: no refund. Force majeure cases handled individually. 7. Guest Responsibility Clients must respect schedules, safety rules, laws, and customs. Damage or misconduct may incur charges or service termination. Providers may refuse service for inappropriate behavior. 8. Insurance Clients should hold comprehensive travel insurance. GHsignature is not liable for incidents beyond coordination. 9. Legal Jurisdiction GHsignature is an e-brand operated under Gharnata Tours SARLAU. All contracts are governed by Moroccan law through Gharnata Tours SARLAU. Disputes fall under Marrakech commercial courts unless otherwise agreed. 10. Commitment We work only with vetted, reputable, legally recognized luxury operators.
