Experience an authentic introduction to Moroccan gastronomy at the Moroccan Culinary Arts Museum. In a professional kitchen equipped with 34 stations, you’ll join a traditional Dada — a respected guardian of Morocco’s culinary legacy — for a cooking class that blends cultural insight with hands-on technique. Each session explores the use of spices, slow-cooking traditions, and the preparation of classic Moroccan dishes. After the class, enjoy the meal you’ve created in one of the museum’s elegant dining areas.
