Cancellation Policy
peter.ma — General Services & Booking Policy Luxury Travel Intelligence for Morocco peter.ma provides travel intelligence, consulting, research, planning and booking-related services to private clients, agencies, companies and travel professionals. 1. Services & Fees Fees depend on the service requested and its scope. A quotation or fee indication is available upon simple request, before any service is confirmed or payment is required. Additional work requires prior agreement. 2. Requests & Availability We first receive your request without requiring payment or full booking details. Where availability is required, this will be checked before confirmation. A request does not constitute a confirmed booking or guarantee availability. 3. Booking & Payment Once availability and the service have been confirmed: You have 48 hours to provide the required booking details. You receive a booking reference and invoice with payment instructions. You have a further 48 hours to arrange payment by bank transfer and provide proof of payment. A reservation or service is confirmed only after payment has been received or valid proof of payment has been provided within the applicable payment period. 4. Cancellation, Changes & Legal Rights Cancellation, refund and change conditions depend on the service, supplier and applicable law. Any specific conditions will be communicated before confirmation. Where statutory consumer rights apply, including any applicable right of withdrawal, those rights remain fully unaffected by this policy. Nothing here excludes or restricts a legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded. 5. Privacy & Confidentiality Information provided to peter.ma is handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable law and the peter.ma Privacy Policy. Please provide only information necessary for the requested service. 6.
