You receive a booking reference and invoice with payment instructions. You have a further 48 hours to arrange payment by bank transfer and provide proof of payment. A reservation or service is confirmed only after payment has been received or valid proof of payment has been provided within the applicable payment period. 4. Cancellation, Changes & Legal Rights Cancellation, refund and change conditions depend on the service, supplier and applicable law. Any specific conditions will be communicated before confirmation. Where statutory consumer rights apply, including any applicable right of withdrawal, those rights remain fully unaffected by this policy.
